2. Data We Collect

We collect data you provide directly through our contact form (name, work email, company, country, subject, message), our diagnostic form, and when you subscribe to our newsletter (work email, optional name). For form security we store a HASHED fingerprint of your IP address (never the raw IP) and your browser type. We do not set any analytics or advertising cookies; only a technical preference (theme) is stored locally in your browser. Your display language is determined by the page address and is not stored.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to: respond to your enquiries and quote requests; manage our business relationship; improve our website and services; send you marketing communications if you have consented; comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies); performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (processing quote requests); our legitimate interest (website security, fraud prevention); our legal obligation (accounting, invoicing).

5. Recipients of Data

Your data is hosted and processed within our own infrastructure: web hosting, MySQL database, and email delivery (SMTP) provided by Hostinger; form bot-protection provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It may also be shared with our business partners in the context of projects relating to you, or with competent authorities if required by law. We never sell or rent your data.

6. Retention Period

Contact data: 3 years from last contact. Client data: duration of contractual relationship + 5 years. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Technical preference (theme): up to 1 year in your browser.

7. Your Rights

Under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the GDPR for EU residents, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise your rights: privacy@odd-net.com.

ODDnet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure: TLS encryption, access controls, staff training.
