FAQ.
How engagements start, how we price, where we deliver and what happens after handover.
Engagement
How do projects with ODDnet typically start?
Most engagements begin with a free diagnostic or a scoping workshop. We assess your current state, agree on a fixed scope and deliverables, then move into design and deployment. No open-ended consulting bills.
Are you tied to specific vendors?
No. We are vendor-neutral by design and favour open standards — SONiC, OCP, O-RAN, OpenConfig. We recommend the technology that fits your problem and long-term operating cost, not a brand we resell.
Delivery
Which countries do you deliver in?
We are headquartered at Technopark Casablanca and deliver across Africa and Europe: North, West and Central Africa, France, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Remote design plus on-site deployment teams.
Do you offer ongoing operations and support?
Yes. Beyond project delivery we offer SLA-backed managed services: 24/7 NOC monitoring, proactive fault management, change management, and quarterly reviews. See how we work and price.
Security
Can you help us comply with DGSSI / Loi 05-20?
Yes. We run gap assessments against the Directive Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information, help classify your sensitive infrastructure, and implement the technical and organisational controls required. See our DGSSI guide.
How quickly can you respond to an incident?
Managed-services clients get priority SLA response with defined escalation paths. For new clients, our incident-readiness check can be completed within 24–48h to assess your exposure.
Pricing
How is pricing structured?
Three transparent models: fixed-scope project, SLA-backed managed services, or a multi-year enterprise programme. No hidden fees. The right model depends on whether you need a one-time build or continuous operations.
